Only reason I didn't give this product 5 stars is due to some hardware issues, and a longer than advertised shipping time. Product itself is quite nice, though I wish it had a built in backsplash of some sort.This took about a week longer than advertised (maybe even slightly longer) to be shipped. No indication of why, so our contractor sat around and waited. When it arrived it was missing one set of valves for one of the faucets. Fortunately the company was pretty responsive to fix the mistake... But these kinds of issues always make me wonder what happened to quality assurance and just plain paying attention to your job.Either way it is installed and working like a champ.
