We bought one fixture and it arrived in packaging that indicated it was a return to Amazon previously. Opening the package, there was no accessory pack which contains the back plate and decorative caps that anchor the whole thing to the wall. We returned that one and ordered another. The second one arrived fast and appeared new. Installed the entire thing and found the last glass lantern of the three to be installed was broken around its belled out lip. It’s hideable but it shouldn’t have been broken at all. The fixture is up and works. Emailed the vendor and now I wait to see what they will do or how much it will cost to get another glass lantern.Progress honored their warranty and immediately shipped a replacement lantern. Thank you, Christy B at customer service! You’re a joy and a credit to the company….Raised from three stars at my first paragraph to five shining stars now!
