Sorry for the messy bathroom. But I love this mirror! We’ve had it for a year now and it’s gotten heavy use. Lots of wet spots on the shelf and 5 peoples toothbrushes, etc on it. The metal doesn’t rust or change in any way! Love the vintage apothecary look that goes well with a lot of design styles.The mirror is exactly like the photos. The quality is very nice and the shelf is a really decent size. The reason I'm not giving it 5 stars it the right size has a dent, it's not overly distorted but its a dent nonetheless. It's so small I can probably fix it with a good ol' whack with a mallet or something. So that said, I don't regret my purchase.Bought two of these for our bathroom, it fits the vintage vibe we are wanting. One mirror arrived fine. One mirror was smashed on arrival. Both were packed well, but the smashed one had a large hole in the box where something during shipping had punched all the way through. Received the original two mirrors on a Friday, submitted a return and replace request for the one damaged mirror that night (Fri), and both shipped off the damaged piece (UPS came to our home) and received the new one on Monday. Fast return service, the replacement mirror was perfect, and we are loving having them in the home!Third time’s the charm! First one I ordered had a huge scratch on the glass. The second one was shattered, but the third one showed up in great shape. The reflection in the glass seems a bit warmed (very cheap glass) but it works okay for a spare bathroom.The mirror is crazy cool, but the bottom shelf is bent really bad. It is hung level, but due to how badly the bottom shelf is bent, it looks crooked. My husband tried to bend the shelf out a bit to straighten it, but it did little. It is twisted and bent and appears to have been manufactured that way.It’s what I wanted look and function wise, I’m just disappointing with construction.Nice little mirror but a little janky. The build quality is not great but is good enough for over a bathroom sink, which is what I am using it for. You definitely don’t want to use this mirror for holding anything with substantial weight. The shelf is not square with the mirror but at least the mounting holes were.There were a lot of imperfections in the metal, it looks partially painted or like it’s missing a coat of paint, came with nothing to hangFor the price it was not what I was expectingReally like it and couldn't wait to put but waited because we were redoing bathroom. Finally put up but because uneven when you look in the mirror everything is one a slant. Tried fixing but too hard, welded that way. Guess I will need to get another mirror and test it right away to make sure not lopsided;( Would be nice if company sent me one that was even.I am beyond please with this mirror. It is perfect in our farmhouse powder room. Heavy, strong and easy to install. We used a lazer level as there is no wire behind this mirror but 2 attached metal tabs for hanging so you have to be accurate. My decor is satin black and the mirror comes with a rubbed bronze finish so I easily removed the mirror from the frame and spray painted the frame black. It came out perfect.Nice mirror but the shelf is not level, it's kind of close but QOS should have caught it.Sadly this mirror arrived with attachments that were not straight and a broken mirror. We were not able to open the item until after the delivery window closed, so we were unable to return. Total waste of money.This mirror came exactly as pictured and is a great quality.It was very well packaged for delivery!
